| Volunteer shifts will last 3 to 4 hours and run continuously beginning as early as 7:30 AM each day. Volunteers are welcomed to choose
multiple shifts on the same date or multiple shifts throughout the tournament. |
| |
| A volunteer t-shirt, water and a meal will be provided. All volunteers must wear the issued t-shirt during their shift.
One t-shirt will be issued to each volunteer. Special consideration will be given if you work multiple dates. Size availability is not
guaranteed. |

| After your scheduled shift, if you wish to view a tournament game you may enter the complex for free wearing your volunteer t-shirt.
This does not include National Team play. Tickets for National Team games and other games outside of your volunteer schedule can be purchased
on this website or at the gate on game day. |
| |
| Tournament play and volunteer stations will be located at Complex 1, Fields 1-4 and Complex 3, Fields 8 & 9. Volunteer parking, food and
check in will be located at Practice Fields 5-7 in Complex 2 (Please see map below). |

for this event and the politeness that you exude
to all players and patrons is what makes this
event\ successful and a great experience for everyone.
Please make sure to not approach the National
Team Players before or between games as they are
on a very tight schedule. We ask that you make
them feel welcomed but please do not hold the
players up before or between games. |

| · Parking Attendant: Assist in efficiently parking all vehicles, secure parking at Fields 8 & 9 for staff vehicles
in the small lot and make sure that no vehicles park in the school lot during school hours on Thursday and Friday. Parking attendants
should also be able to field questions regarding scheduling and parking. Parking attendants will be located at Fields 1-4, Fields 8 and 9. |

| · Admissions: Greet people as they enter the complex, verify that everyone who comes through the gates has a pass or
ticket, check bags and chairs for prohibited items, answer questions regarding the schedule of events, and direct VIP to the VIP
check-in locations. |
| |
| · Scorekeepers: Assure an accurate ball/strike count and score is kept for each game. This person needs to be focused
and not distracted by other fans as this position can directly affect game situations.
These individuals must have experience and be approved. |

| · Field Monitor: Responsible for keeping teams off the infield while warming up for their scheduled game. |
| |
| · Umpire Transporter: Transport umpires, via golf carts, to their scheduled fields on time.
Also, make sure the umpires have game balls and water before taking them to their field. |
| |
| · Trolley Stop Attendants: Manage a designated Trolley stop. Direct all people using the Trolley service.
This person should be able to field questions regarding parking, locations, and schedules. |

| · Runners/Extras: Assure that all park rules are being followed, assist patrons with questions they may have
regarding scheduling or other events, and assist in any area needed during the event. |

| · Volunteer Tent: Check in all scheduled volunteers at Fields 5-7. This person should be able to answer
questions regarding shift times, tournament schedule, parking, locations, food, and beverages. |
